Cancellation Policy
To provide every guest with the highest level of service and ensure efficient scheduling, the following cancellation and no-show policy is in effect:
• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, based on the cost of scheduled services.
• No-Shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of scheduled service amount.
• Fees will be invoiced and must be paid prior to any future appointments.
• Repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future bookings.
EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS: I understand that true emergencies and unforeseen situations may occasionally arise. In such cases, exceptions will be made at my discretion and must be communicated as soon as possible. However, repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows, (regardless of reason) may still result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
